40-year old Henry Lawrence Roberson of Klamath Falls has been sentenced to 70 months in prison on two counts of Kidnapping in the Second Degree, one count of Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Assault in the Fourth Degree. The crime happened in July, and DA Ed Caleb says Roberson also plead guilty to the crimes of Unlawful Delivery of Marijuana for Consideration and two more counts of Felon in Possession of a Firearm and was sentenced to 45 months.
