A plea deal was offered to Michael Scott Wynn that would have had him pleading guilty by mental disease and defect after setting fire to a county building in February. The deal was rejected. Wynn wants to leave the Klamath County Jail and stay in a private residence until his case goes to trial, but the judge wants more time to make a decision.
